Ahmed graduated in 2015 with a B.Sc. degree in Civil Engineering as the top student in his class and his cohort ’s valedictorian. In the following two years, he established a well-shaped foundation for his professional career by pursuing both academic competence and industrial engagements. He earned his M.Sc. degree in 2017, with highest honors, in predictive construction risk management using data analytics. Concurrently, he worked as a project control engineer where he undertook planning and cost control responsibilities. He is currently a first-year Ph.D. student participating the NSERC CaNRisk-CREATE program. His Ph.D. research focus revolves around the project management and control of Nuclear Power Plant (NPP) construction.
